The queen bed (140×200) is included only with the Full day and Artist Residency packages. For half-day bookings, the bed is not for use.
If you book 3 consecutive days or more on the daily package, you automatically get −10% on the daily rate and −10% on every add-on (billed per day, multiplied by the number of days). No code to enter: the discount appears in the quote we send you within 24h.
Buy in bulk, use anytime. The 10 half-day card (€810) gives you 10 sessions of 4h, valid 12 months (-10% per session). The 10 day card (€1,275) gives you 10 full days of 8h, valid 12 months (-15% per day). Add-ons (premium mics, video, etc.) are chosen at each session booking, on top of the card price. Ideal for regular podcasters, beatmakers on long projects, weekly creators.
No. The Artist Residency requires a minimum 7-day stay. It's a package designed for long projects with bed available for free on-site (queen bed 140×200). For shorter stays, choose the Day package (with -10% from 3 consecutive days) or the prepaid 10 day card.
You get −15% on all packages and prepaid cards with a valid ID:
— Students: valid student card (university, school, conservatory…)
— People with disabilities: French CMI card, disability card, RQTH or any equivalent document
Tick the "Student / disability rate" box in the calculator to see your reduced price live. The discount is finalized once we verify your ID (sent via WhatsApp or email). It applies on top of other discounts, on the post-discount subtotal.

Yes, free parking nearby. The exact address is shared once your booking is confirmed.
Free cancellation up to 7 days before. Between 7 and 48h: 50% retained. Less than 48h: 100% retained. We can reschedule at no charge in case of legitimate emergency.
Yes, gear is covered for normal use. In case of intentional damage or proven negligence, a deposit is retained (amount specified at booking based on your add-ons).
Yes. The Creator Package (full day) includes setup advice from the sound engineer. You can also tick "I need advice" on the form, and we'll reach out before your session to discuss the right approach.
Le Nid is a creative space, not a party venue. To preserve the magic for you and the artists who'll come after, we ask you to follow four simple rules.
No cigarettes or vaping inside. Smoking area available outside.
No alcohol in the loft or during sessions. Clear head, sharper craft.
Clean and tidy attire during sessions and when handling the gear.
The pro gear isn't for improvisation: handle it sober and focused.
Any breach of the house rules leads to immediate eviction and total loss of payment. The deposit is also fully retained, no exception.
